Leduc Canadian tire showed exceptional service to my family and business for many years. A few weeks ago, I experienced problems with my company truck and brought it to Canadian tire in Leduc. They 100% delivered on their promises, kept me informed every day on the ongoing progress and the General Manager (Joe) personally overviewed the whole process. I find the proprietor to be forthright and knowledgeable. he has provided repair service for our sewing machine, lawn mower, and chain saw. When I read some of the other reviews, I do wonder how complicit the writers are in rousing an abrupt response from a business owner who has no patience for entitled behaviour or other such nonsense. I will return to BJ's with more business when required.
