What an amazing company to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble for them as they went out of their way to repair our shades not even purchased there. Walked in just to look. Was not followed around the store and given time to wander around. Just at the right time, someone came to offer assistance. We ended up buying 2 chairs.....even better....delivered the same day. Really outstanding help.
