There is absolutely something to be said for dealing with a local business. The service we receive at Waterloo Appliance Plus has been outstanding and John and Karen have gone out of their way to take care of us. Given we're shopping for top end appliances for our entire home our decision to listen to the referrals from friends was a very good judgement call on our part. The only place in the city to go to get your appliances!

I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this. I have NEVER met more genuinely decent and honest people. These folks have been in business for 40 years and I can see why. They deserve your business. If you need a new appliance make sure you check them out because I know FIRST HAND that they are dedicated and represent the very best of entrepreneurship and thy are all gentlemen.

Tim the store manager, has an applied moral character rarely seen in any business these days. The price of the stove I bought was significantly less than retail, simply because of some very minor scuffs. The delivery men were fast efficient and friendly. I had a problem with my freezer at 10 at night, called up several companies, but none of them were available to come and repair my fridge. Then i found this company called Mr. Home Appliance, and decided to give it a try. I was extremely happy when the guy, Andrew i believe his name was, said he could come over and take a look. He stuck to his word, and was at my front door in less than 30 mins. After analyzing the problem, he gave me details on what it was, what needed to be fixed, and how much it would cost right away. The gentleman was very patient and polite to me all the way. I had my compressor fixed, and within less than an hour, the freezer was running as before. Honestly, this company is a lifesaver for me, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone having trouble with their appliances. Without Andrew, all my food would have been gone to waste. I really appreciated the way Mr Home Appliance does business, and from now on they will definitely be the first company i will call whenever facing any sort of trouble with my freezer or any other appliances, as Andrew told me they also install and fix Air Conditioning, Washer machines, Dishwashers, and other appliances, Thank You once more Mr Home Appliance!
