Worst customer experience, they clearly do not value customers once the product is sold

This store has very good collection/design of furniture and I purchased most of the big furniture for my new house here. Except the bad service from one of the their sales person (Mr.Brar), rest of my experience is very good here. A suggestion: please do not attach the buyer to a single sales person.. Due to this, other sales persons dont show any interest talking and people need to wait/make multiple turns if the (so called chosen) salesperson is on a week-off.

Great service!!! Josie was very helpful and knowledgeable with the materials. Great customer service and super products. They also deliver and assemble.
