MJM Furniture - Surrey

I paid the full payment for my bedroom suite over 2 weeks ago and I was told that it would be delivered in a week. Since then they have changed delivery times three times and I have still not received the bedroom suite. I have disassembled my old suite in anticipation of the delivery. Poor customer service. On April 11, I emailed the pictures of the dust on the furniture that I bought on as told by the sales representative and still have not been contacted.

We would recommend going to MJM Furniture for your furniture needs. We were searching for new bedroom furniture and could not decide what we wanted. Josie provided excellent assistance, patiently taking us through the whole showroom on two occasions. She is very knowledgeable and courteous. The end result was the perfect bedroom set for us and we are very happy.

Josie who helped me very friendly and most helpful for my first time there, will definitely recommend this store to friends and my family as their furniture is beautiful.

My husband and i went in looking for 2 chairs for our livingroom found out we could custom order the swivel chairs with pillows we liked and pick out our own fabric. The saleslady Josie was super helpful and got us a great buy 2 deal. The chairs turned out fantastic! We saw the big round swivel one later for more money at the Brick and ours were custom made so we’re really happy!

My husband I I have purchased many things from MJM over the last couple of years and have had nothing but the best experiences. Their salesperson Josie always goes above and beyond to help out not to mention the prices are always reasonable!! I would definitely reccomend and do return business with MJM!
